During the last 100 years the water level has decreased more than 2 meters. All too often the poorly equipped ships using the lake hit underwater rocks and sink.No wonder. The latest sea chart is dated from 1903! One day Ola Oskarsson, CEO of a well respected Swedish survey company, receives a long distance call from his former boss, ex.navy commander Göran Frisk. Göran, now retired, works as a missionary in the Lake Victoria district. He basically commands Ola to produce a new updated sea chart. Driven by passion and pure frustration knowing that the countries are using an ancient sea chart, Ola and Göran sets out on a mission offering the three countries, Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya a solution that will set off a booming economy within trade and transport in East Africa. In charge of the historic submarine bombings during the early nineties as the former Soviet Union was suspected of trespassing on Swedish territory. Today Göran is retired and work as a missionary in the East African district. He wants Ola Oskarsson to help him accomplish a new sea chart of Lake Victoria. Göran speak fluent Swahili.
